Removing PC scratches?
Okay, now for some more detail. I have my friends old HP PAVILION a6000 and the whole front is polished black plastic, and it has markings, scratches and old sticker marks. I am getting sandpaper tomorrow but what should I use to buff it? anything I am missing? thanks.
Dont think a laptop skin is going to do much for a desktop computer.
Remove old stickers and marks with something like metholated spirits then you can think of removing scratches with fine grit wet sanding then finnish with automotive plastic polish.You may find this site helpfull http://www.ehow.com/way_5732775_tips-sanding-plastic.html
