1 ) If you go to a salon to get a foot bath and they didn't wash there machine after someone else just used it ?
2 ) At a salon you're getting your nails done, but the professionals did not wash their tools from the former costumers who they gave pedicures and manicures to ?
It's very unlikely to contract an STD (SEXUALLY transmitted disease, so you'd have to be having sexual activity or have an infected person's privates somehow reach tools that are being used on others) from a salon, considering the tools do not go near privates.. (although there have been a slight amount of cases of HIV throughout the years) but it is possible to contract Hepatitis from salons, and also a number of other viruses, like fungus.
