Difference between an Adult Small and Child Large in NFL Pro Jerseys?
I am planning on getting my husband a Walter Payton Chicago Bears throwback jersey for Xmas. However, he is smaller so in some jerseys he was able to find a 46 (Adult Small) and they fit him great. In the particular kind I am searching for, they do not make. My question is to anyone who has owned/seen the above sizes to give me an idea how much difference there is.

I wear adult medium and have successfully bought and worn child XL basketball jerseys. They do not hang loose like a lot of people wear jerseys. They fit nicely like a t-shirt would. So I would say a child L will do the same for an adult small. If you want it a little loose then go with XL.
