Striping Tape
I want two coats on vertical stripes painted on my walls, will I be ok taking the tape off after the 2nd coat?
I read on here to take off the tape early to avoid peeling off the paint. I need two coats so I have one coat on now and we're doing the 2nd coat today. Will I be ok taking off the tape immediately after applying the 2nd coat? Is there a technique to this? Thanks!
If your have painter's tape it will come off with no chances of peeling the paint. I would wait for the wall to dry. If it's not painter's tape all I can say is take it off slow and easy when it's almost dry so the paint won't run.
